How Does It Work?

It’s really quite simple. I’d like to speak with you to make sure you understand what we are trying to accomplish and to confirm that you agree to the role we expect you to play as a CPP Network Member.

If it’s a good fit for both sides, we’ll send you the documents needed to get signed up. Once those are completed and returned, we will create your custom marketing materials and your web page. We’ll do our best for a quick turn-around, but this step may take up to 2 - 3 weeks.

You’ll receive your marketing materials as well as a suggested marketing plan as soon as they are ready to launch.  Then you can begin to promote your exclusive Commercial Property Pro web page using phone calls, email, regular mail, etc.

The leads you generate will be YOUR leads...
All marketing materials will direct prospects to contact you initially. This lets you build your database and establish a personal relationship with the Commercial Property Owners in your market area.

Once you have spoken with and pre-screened a prospect, you will submit a client referral form to K2 Commercial Finance and we will work directly with your client from that point on.

Your referral form connects each lead you submit to your CPP Network account, and you will earn a 20% commission on all transactions completed with that client on a permanent and ongoing basis.

Every transaction is different, but your commissions can easily approximate $2,000 on a small ($500,000) commercial property financing transaction and $400 on a small cost segregation transaction. Larger transactions can offer significantly higher commissions but we want to be conservative here.

I think you’ll agree, this is not a bad payoff for a referral, especially if the financing or cost segregation study is for one of your listings!
