What We Expect From You

CPP Network Members are expected to actively promote commercial real estate financing and the benefits of cost segregation in the normal course of business. Or, if you wish to be more aggressive, you can use the CPP Network as a way to create business relationships with current commercial property owners in your community whose properties are not for sale.

You are expected to use our marketing materials and promote the custom web page we will create for you.

As long as you are submitting at least 5 legitimate prospects for acquisition financing, refinancing, or cost segregation studies each quarter, you will retain your exclusive marketing territory.

You are also expected to submit at least one article or educational Blog Post per calendar quarter. Of course, you will have back links to your website in your approved posts, so this will help build your internet and social media presence significantly as the months go by.
Promoting CPP will not be difficult...

Introducing money saving opportunities to Commercial Property Owners is made as easy as possible, and you are never expected to “sell” anything.

The goal of your CPP marketing efforts is to have qualified prospects agree to a 30-minute, no-cost, no obligation initial consultation. We’ll take great care of them from there.

If you are actively using the tools we provide, you will have no trouble generating leads from at least 5 qualified commercial property owners per quarter.

After all, what business owner would not want to shave thousands of dollars per year from their income tax liability? If there is one, I haven't met them yet.

If you are not able to meet these basic requirements then this is probably not the right opportunity for you and your territory will be forfeited.

Of course, if you do actively engage the network, your pipeline will quickly fill with transactions, your clients will enjoy improved cash flow, and you will enjoy the commission checks that follow.

You'll also enjoy the “hero” status you'll gain from being the person who introduced property owners to these cost savings.
